We offer the following policies:

Product Pricing

Oregon Motorsports 2000 and its affiliates attempt to be as accurate as possible. However, it is possible that a product could be mispriced. And prices are subject to change at any time. If a pricing issue is discovered, we will do our best to work out a solution.

Returns and Exchanges

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns. There are NO exceptions! Permission must be obtained in writing from Oregon Motorsports 2000, Inc. prior to returning merchandise for exchange or refund. Contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number before returning any merchandise. All authorized returns must be shipped pre-paid. Unauthorized returns and COD's will not be accepted. Exchanges and refunds WILL NOT be made after 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE!

Freight Damage

Orders are shipped Freight on Board (F.O.B.) from our warehouse in Portland, OR. Shipped product is the customer's responsibility from the moment it leaves our freight dock. This means that freight damage claims must be filed by the recipient. Carefully inspect your shipment upon receipt! If there is visible damage, note this on the waybill before you sign and notify the carrier. Oregon Motorsports 2000 is not responsible for freight-damaged items. In case of damage, this needs to be handled between the customer and the carrier.

Warranty

All warranties are limited to those provided by the manufacturer related to defective materials or workmanship. Oregon Motorsports 2000 does not accept, express, or imply an additional warranties whatsoever. Oregon Motorsports 2000 will not be responsible for any freight charges to or from the manufacturer. Be advised that off-road racing and other forms of motor sports are dangerous and products are subject to failure when exposed to the high stress that is involved. No warranty or representation is made as to the product's ability to protect the user from any injury or death. Oregon Motorsports 2000 will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages including direct or indirect labor, towing, lodging, garage, repair, medical, or legal expense in any way attributable to the use of any item in this web site or to the delay or inconvenience caused by the necessity of replacing or repairing any such item. Not applicable or intended for street or highway use.

Privacy Policy

We value your privacy as much as we value our own. We have not and will not sell or trade or in any other way share our customer information with anyone, including other customers.
