Q: Which vendors products do you carry?
A: Arco Lighting, Beard, Billet Pro, Bilstein, CNC, DWT (formerly Douglas Wheel), EMPI, FK Bearings, Fox Racing Shox, Fragola, Kennedy Engineered Products, King Shocks, Master Craft, Off Road Tech Inc., Outerwears, Outfront Motorsports (formerly Outback Motorsports), Real Racing, Sand Tires Unlimited, Suspension Spring Specialists, Tatum, Vision-X Lighting, Weddle Industries, plus a lot more!

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: Online we accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. At the actual store we also accept American Express, Cash, and Checks.

Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view. If the status says "Shipped" its already on its way and can no longer be canceled.

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order. There are no extra shipping charges for Will-Call orders since you come to the physical store and pick the items up yourself.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We ship to all 50 states and within Canada. We do not ship overseas.

Q: Why is my stuff still on backorder?
A: Our supplier still hasn't shipped the items to us. Your payment device will not be charged until we actually ship the product to you.

Q: I want something that you don't have on your website.
A: Give us a call (503-251-2925) and see if we can even get the item. If we can, we can take your order over the phone right then.

Q: What about cutting tires? Do you offer comp cut, play cut, etc.?
A: Yes we can cut your tires here, please call for a price quote since the cost is different for tire size, type of cut, etc.

Q: Will you sponsor my race team?
A: This is definitely something you need to email us about, we don't set up sponsorships online. Send an email to sales@oregonmotorsports2000.com with your information.

Q: I broke my buggy in half last weekend in the sand. Can you fix it?
A: We do have the ability to do repairs and fabricate parts or build whole dune buggies/sand rails. This is something that you would have to discuss with the shop owner, call or email the information.

Q: I tried to buy something but your website said there was nothing in my cart, even though I added something. What gives?
A: Make sure you have cookies enabled in your browser - we use the cookie to keep track of what you add to your cart. After you're finished shopping and have checked out, feel free to remove the cookie.

Q:  I sent you an email from xxxxxxxx@hotmail.com and never got a response.  Are you ignoring me?
A:  No, hotmail rejects all emails from our host as spam, so even though we respond, hotmail deems it spam and deletes it before you ever see it.  Please use a different email account if you require a response.
